The main page for webOSdev includes a link to preview Chapter 1 of Mitch Allen's book, "Palm WebOS". The links for pages 2 and 6 appear to be unique, yet the result is the same "User Interface" page. Are we missing the "real" topic for page 6?

Registration worked great for me, and I already have started work on my Pre apps. I'm sure that there will be need for updates to the SDK, but great job getting it into the hands of your developers!

Took some time, but now things look good. A few broken links, but I was up and testing the emulator with my own application in about an hour.

YESSSSSSS!
THANK YOU!

I've been developing an app without benefit of offically having access to the SDK or API docs.
And yes, it does work already on my Palm Pre.

I've made plenty of progress (got a working app) but it was slow going, even with the rough cuts version of the O'Reilly book.

I now have answers to many of the questions I've had, and I can tell you the release of the SDK/API docs will *greatly* accelerate my development efforts.

By the end of this weekend, I should have a working app ( hint - it's a WebOS optimized port of a commonly known game )

So, here's a question I can't seem to find the answer to on the developer site:

Who do I contact and how do I get in the pipeline for releasing my first app through the Palm App Catalog?

Thank you. There's a problem with the community/forum link - an "infinite loop" error.

Ok, so since I can't find a way to login on the site/forum of WebOS dev site, I'm posting it here...

When registering to download the SDK, I entered my firstname, lastname and email, that's it.

When trying to login it to post a message on the forum, it asks me for a:

- login
- password

=> where do I get these ? :)

Guess there is something wrong there...
