Starting this week, we’re going to post regular updates to help you find the new information and interesting activities on the webOSdev developer portal. This week we’re encouraging everyone to get involved with preDevCamp on August 8 and to come and join the activities in the webOSdev developer forums. Developer Corner: While we’re talking about the new new thing, we thought we’d point you at Palm developer Geniutec, who’s just launched a new version of MobiOne. The new version includes a cool Palm Pre emulator–run your web apps through the emulator so you can optimize them for webOS and the Palm Pre. The new version of MobiOne supports Palm’s vision for webOS development: Using your existing web technology skills (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript), you can have an app up and running on webOS quickly.
